Phil George


Co-founder & Chief Philanthropy Advisor

Phil is an inventive and accomplished philanthropy professional who has worked on billion-dollar campaigns. He develops and implements best practices for organizational long-term sustainability at institutions across different sectors, and guides families through transformational philanthropic activity. With a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and experience that spans the breadth of corporate restructuring, higher education, and entrepreneurship. Phil welcomes complex projects and seeks impact-oriented initiatives in order to develop a keen understanding of clients' unique needs and set plans & strategies. Having personally secured major and principal gifts throughout his career, Phil is unwavering in his approach to invest in the relationships that bring an organization closer to its constituents; he prides himself on his ability to lead organizations through individual solicitation strategies to secure transformative support. Additionally, he helps companies and families build and sustain an intentional culture that facilitates and promotes their values and impact through philanthropy.

Meg George


Co-founder & President

Meg is a strategist whose focus is on high-impact major giving and philanthropic investments. She advises nonprofit organizations across different sectors on a relationship-centered approach to raising funds. Meg leads feasibility studies, helps to implement major gift programs, and assists with running large campaigns. Working directly with leaders in development to hone their skills in major gift work is a priority of hers, serving as a lead in workshops, virtual trainings and retreats. With a passion for fueling visions, she's fulfilled by advancing organizations‘ missions through strategies that secure institution-changing, impactful support. In addition to this work, Meg advises corporations and families on strategic, intentional giving to maximize their philanthropic impact, unite their workforce or family, and find fulfillment in investing in meaningful causes. Her area of expertise is next-gen philanthropy, and her debut children's book about philanthropy will launch November 2023.

Nicole Cicoria


Lead Consultant & Philanthropy Advisor

Nicole brings more than two decades of experience in the education nonprofit space, having served ten-years as a lead member of an Advancement team. With an expertise in visioning, she has helped lead organizations through successful strategic planning processes, and thereafter, the execution of institutional plans. As such, she brings keen sensibilities for the development of cases for support, and highly effective written and verbal communication to prospects and donors. Nicole is most passionate about helping to shape a powerful framework for a high-impact, relationship-based philanthropic strategies at organizations. As a natural people-person and a forever optimist, she commits herself to partnering with clients to articulate visions as funding priorities to make them a reality, and believes deeply in the positive impact this has on all communities.

Caitlin Griffin


Advancement Services Specialist

Caitlin’s expertise in advancement services spans two decades and includes experience across nonprofit sectors. Possessing in-depth knowledge of development operations and donor services, coupled with a high level of proficiency with database implementation and organization, Caitlin helps organizations build the infrastructure necessary to grow and sustain a successful major gifts program. She is most passionate about helping organizations transform their database systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency, offering clients personalized training and education to help them maximize the potential of their database. Her work equips development operations with protocols, processes, and templates that align with industry best practices for sustainable and measurable success.

Mariah Paddock

Manager of Client Coordination & Operations

Mariah, the central point of communication for the firm, brings experience in organization and project management. She coordinates dialogue between consultants and clients, helping to solidify and carry out next steps in each engagement. Her goal is to elevate the client experience in offering fluid and detailed updates on all projects. As a content creator and planner, Mariah ensures that the offerings available on the website and social media channels are both up-to-date and informative. She handles the firm's calendar of events, and fields inquiries around work with philanthropists and nonprofits alike. By coordinating the work that allows the firm to run smoothly, Mariah endeavors to support all needs that positively impact our clients' ability to reach their philanthropic goals.
